Once that tracking number is provided to us it is uploaded to your order and you receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. If for some reason you cannot provide it in an AI or EPS file we can have our graphic designer fix your logo for a one time art fee of $25. This will allow for the best possible printing. Please upload it in a properly vectorized AI or EPS file to avoid having to pay an art fee.

Please note: if you're adding a logo, it could take 7-10 business days to the process your order.If you're adding a logo to any product, it will be required that you receive pictures of approval so we make sure that you like how everything looks prior to bulk production. For some of our products it is mandatory that you recieve pictures of approval. If you choose to recieve pictures of approval or mock ups, it adds 2 business days to processing.

Fore example lets say you ordered 2 size SM & 2 size MD with numbers and a player name. If you choose to send us that information after you place your order, you can do so by following the format below. For some of the customization options such as adding numbers and player names, you will be able to enter it in a text box that appears when you select to add those options, or you will also be able to reply to your order confirmation email after you checkout and provide us with that information. If you do, you'll be able to add all of your customization details on the product page as you go and choose the options that you want. When placing an order you may have the opiton to customize your products.
